Accu Weather segment from WPVI Philadelphia's Nora Muchanic from the National Weather Service with details of the new radar WPVI now had access to as "Action Radar" for "Action News" newscasts...Not sure why they had Muchanic report this and not send Dave Roberts to do the story. Odd. Then, the debut of the radar. Next, a promo from WCAU for EARTHWATCH and a promo from WPVI for Accu Weather & Action Radar
