Aftermath of the astringent storm/tornado in Wilmington, DE 8/9/11

Extensive flooding and storm damage in downtown Wilmington. At the time this video was taken, a tornado warning was still in effect. You can see a northbound Amtrak Acela Express stopped on the tracks due to the storm.
