6. Tornado Warning June 2010, Cambridge City, IN (WTHR-TV) (Part 1 of 3)
In this video, Wayne County is under its first tornado warning of the year. This tornado warning was different as we all in the fact that this time use the tornado was not visible radar, however, confirmed, on the ground just southeast of Muncie, IN, and again in Hagerstown, IN, in northwestern Wayne County. Hagerstown is about 10 miles north of Cambridge City. Getting an actual tornado is very rare, Wayne County. I can not even remember the timeWe have a tornado warning, which was not initiated by radar indication. That is, until now. The tornado warning literally seemed to come from nowhere. I was watching television when suddenly, regular programming was interrupted and WTHR-TV announced that Delaware, Henry, and Randolph counties were under a tornado warning. I just sat to watch the live coverage, exactly where the storm cell was led. I looked and looked, and when I saw Wayne County light, I went immediately to removemy gear and head outside to start recording.
