My Weather Star XL Emulator v1 Wilmington, DE

I decided to be outside creating a new version of an emulator IntelliStar. This Weather Star XL Emulator, built entirely in PowerPoint 2003, animated icons, vivid, full of stories, transitions, animated text the bottom of the screen, and much more!. I understand that the frame rates might not be good, but is actually much smoother presentation emulation. Please rate and tell me what you think should be improved!
