My Weather Star XL Emulator v1 for Wilmington, DE

I decided to create a new version of an emulator IntelliStar company. Weather STAR XL emulator made complete in PowerPoint 2003, has animated icons in lively, full of stories, transitions, animated text bottom of the screen, and much more!.
