Delaware Flood 2008

My morning was the scene of flooding in southern Kent County. High Tide, along with a strong northeast wind and heavy rains are a requirement. This is raw video shot this morning (5.12.08) of Kent County. It shows the National Guard, along with the state police rescue man stranded.
