Wilmington, Delaware Borough sirens astringent activity during the storm

A heavy thunderstorm passed through Wilmington, Delaware at noon June 24, 2010. The City of Homeland Security-funded municipal siren system is not met triggered long after the storming of the city. You hear the thunder and rain on the siren ... I heard the siren, when I worked, and immediately thought it was a tornado warning. I ran outside to listen to the voice announcement and listening to my relief that only a "strong flashes of alarm." Yes it is cool and not too oftenin Wilmington. I was able to get a picture and audio but no video, because I have no memory card in my phone.

Polar Bear Plunge 2010 Delaware

The polar bear plunge for the Special Olympics held in Delaware was one month later this year because of snowstorms in February. Weather again was almost derailed when a nor'easter storm near the coast at the make-up days. This caused high waves and rough surf forced officials that polar bears only knee-deep in water. If this were the case, I decided to wade in the water with my camera. I went back later and doused my opinion, as seen at the end of the VID. The waterwas 42 degrees and air temperature 48, all in all a fairly comfortable dive
